How We Collect Reviews
At eknumber.in, we value honest feedback from our users, partners, and customers. Reviews help us improve and help others make informed decisions. We collect reviews through both solicited (invited) and unsolicited (voluntary) methods across platforms like Trustpilot, Google My Business, and through our internal feedback forms.

Once users fill out the form, we may send them an official review invitation via Trustpilot or guide them to our Google review page to share their experience.

We also receive reviews from users who choose to share their feedback without being asked. These may come in through:

Even if these reviews are unsolicited, we take them just as seriously and use them to improve our services.

Maintaining the integrity of our reviews is extremely important to us. Whether a review is solicited or not, we follow strict practices to detect and report any suspicious activity:

- Google My BusinessĀ automatically filters spam and allows us to flag suspicious reviews

- We monitor for patterns like duplicate content, fake emails, or rapid submissions
- We do not accept bulk or bot-generated reviews
- We never allow fake, paid, or incentivized reviews
If we suspect a review to be fake, we may contact the reviewer (if possible) or report it directly to the platform for removal or investigation.
