Returns and Exchange Policy

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for any custom-made products, oversized t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, full-sleeve tees, mugs, notebooks, or bottles. All sales on these items are final.

For all other items, exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product. If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, to change the size), please email us at hello@eknumber.com with your order numberand the desired size. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Please note: We do not provide reverse pickup. You will need to self-ship the item to our return address using a local courier service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. If the issue is found to be on our end, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sale events or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sale purchases are final.

Normal Return Policy

We accept returns for damaged, defective items and also for other valid reasons within 3 days of delivery, except for custom or sale items.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order and it hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the product has already been printed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order. In such cases, the order will follow our standard process and cannot be refunded.

Cancellation by Ek Number

There may be rare occasions where we are unable to fulfill an order and must cancel it. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Possible reasons for cancellation may include:

  • Limited stock availability
  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Payment issues or concerns flagged by our fraud prevention team
  • Missing or unverifiable customer information

If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
